A Message from our Executive Director Happy New Year everyone! Welcome to a special year at Bow Cliff Seniors. In December 2025 we will be celebrating our 50th anniversary. We will be announcing later this year special programming and events to commemorate our 50th anniversary. 2024 was a very successful year for Bow Cliff. Our regular and Super Membership grew by over 15% and we already have seen a strong renewal for 2025. We appreciate your support. Super Membership continues to grow. We are now at 14 Super Membership partner organizations entering 2025 and we are extremely excited about the possibility of an additional 3-5 organizations joining later in the year. We will be launching our new Super Membership website in January, and we look forward to welcoming Super Members to our facility and for our Super Members to join the other organization at their incredible events and programming. We have maintained our 2024 pricing as much as possible, especially for our lunch and drop in programming. We know that there is still a tremendous amount of financial stress on everyone due to the very high rate of inflation. We will do our best to remain cost efficient in our delivery of programs, learning cafés and events throughout 2025. We are most grateful to our members and donors for their fundraising and donation support, which helped tremendously with our ability to maintain programming at current pricing. One of our biggest revenue generator is rental income. There are times when programming is interrupted due to a large revenue rental. We do our best to balance the needs of the organization and those of our members. But there are times we know that we have inconvenienced our members, and we appreciate your understanding. We have overcome many unbudgeted and unexpected building maintenance issues. 2024 came with several expensive surprises such as the grease trap installation, cross connection valve replacement & hot water tank igniter replacement. Thank you for your patience as we tried to minimize the interruption to our programming while we addressed these issues. Many, many thanks to our volunteers who helped support Bow Cliff in 2024 and thank you again for your support in 2025. You truly are what makes our club so special!
